From the moment we arrive, your space is transformed into a thoughtfully designed creative environment complete with our signature tables, seating, curated supplies, and an atmosphere that invites people to slow down, connect, and create.

When your guests arrive, they'll feel like they've stepped into a boutique art studio—not a typical paint party.

TIMELINE

2 Hours Before

Our team arrives to build the VE Studio experience from the ground up.

We'll:

  • Assemble tables and seating

  • Style the studio space

  • Stretch and prepare the canvas

  • Arrange paints and materials

  • Create individual workstations

  • Add décor and finishing details

  • Prepare everything before guests arrive

2.5–3 Hour Experience

  • Welcome & introductions

  • Creative demonstration

  • Guided collaborative painting

  • Creative prompts and rotations

  • Final reveal

  • Group photographs

60–90 Minutes After

We'll:

  • Carefully wrap the artwork

  • Break down the studio

  • Remove all furnishings

  • Clean the space

  • Load everything into our vehicle

When we leave, all that's left behind is your finished artwork and the memories made around it.
