VE began the same way many meaningful things do—unexpectedly.

Melissa and Grace met through family, but what started as a shared appreciation for art quickly grew into something much bigger.

Between gallery walls,

coffee conversations,

and countless hours spent creating,

We discovered we were imagining the same kind of space.

Not just a studio.

A place where people could gather.

Where conversation mattered as much as creativity.

Where a painting wasn't simply something you took home—

it was evidence that a room full of people had spent an evening making something together.

By bringing together our individual artistic journeys, experiences, and communities,

VE became the natural next chapter.

 

Today, VE is a collaborative studio built around connection.

We believe art should be approachable, imperfect, playful, and shared.

Every experience we design is intended to bring people around one table, encourage curiosity, and create something that could never have existed without every person in the room.

The canvas is simply where the story ends up.
