TIMELINE

90 Minutes Before

Our team arrives to transform your venue into a working art studio.

We'll:

  • Prepare the canvas

  • Set up painting stations

  • Arrange paints and materials

  • Cover work surfaces

  • Organize tools and inspiration pieces

  • Prepare aprons and supplies

2.5-Hour Experience

  • Welcome & Introduction

  • Creative demonstration

  • Guided collaborative painting

  • Rotation through the canvas

  • Final details

  • Group reveal and photos

60 Minutes After

We'll:

  • Wrap and protect the artwork

  • Clean brushes and supplies

  • Remove table coverings

  • Restore the space

  • Load everything back into our vehicle
